Self pay pricing is available for patient’s without insurance. We accept most major credit cards and cash. Please check with staff for pricing prior to your appointment. Additional fees may be incurred for special procedures. All prices are subject to change

Our monthly membership fees provide unlimited access to a primary care provider through in-person scheduled appointments, walk in/urgent care appointments and telehealth consultations.
